We employ a variety of different methods, modelled around the individual requirements of our clients, these methods include:

Search: A direct headhunt approach. This is the most effective way for us to source candidates for you, when very specific areas of experience are required, taking full advantage of our in-depth experience, and extensive network of contacts.

Retained selection: Designed to provide an end-to-end recruitment solution. We take the full responsibility of selecting appropriate applicants, pre-screening, interview and send through a short-listing. This leaves you to make the final recruitment decision based purely on person/cultural fit.

Direct advertising: We are volume advertisers, with access to substantially discounted rates, in leading publications such as the Financial Times and the Sunday Times. We work in exclusive partnership with McCann Erickson and can create unique and compelling campaigns as required.
